What kind of business owners is The CMET Collective best for?
The CMET Collective is built for small business owners who are past the earliest startup stage and now wrestling with hiring, systems, and sustainable profit—not just survival. Many of our members are in consulting, creative, or local service businesses with revenue between $500k–$5M and a small team.
How much time should I plan to dedicate each month?
Most members invest 4–6 hours per month: your peer group session, 1:1 coaching (if selected), and a bit of time to work on your commitments. The point is leverage: a few focused hours that meaningfully change the rest of your month.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Membership is month-to-month. We suggest you mentally commit to at least one full quarter to experience the real benefit of the structure and relationships, but there are no long-term contracts. If it is no longer valuable, you can pause or cancel.
How are peer groups formed?
We group owners based on stage, business model, and personality fit. Your application and onboarding conversation help us understand where you will both give and receive the most value. We keep groups intentionally small (typically 6–10 owners).
What happens after I apply?
After you apply, we will review your details and invite you to a short intro call. On that call, we will clarify your goals, confirm fit, and recommend one of the three options: Peer Group, One-on-One Coaching, or the Combined Option. If it is not the right fit, we will tell you plainly.
