CMET Growth Business Accelerator (GBA)

This isn’t training.

It’s transformation.

The CMET Growth Business Accelerator (GBA) is a 9-month, cohort-based program for entrepreneurs ready to move beyond experimentation and operate with focus, discipline, and momentum. Designed for business owners who have completed foundational training, GBA helps stabilize operations, sharpen execution, and prepare for long-term growth—through accountability, advanced advisory support, and access to larger opportunities.

This isn’t a bootcamp or a class. It’s a growth environment built for results.

In 9-months, you will:

  • Operate your business with clear structure, systems, and defined priorities

  • Move from reactive decision-making to intentional, data-informed execution

  • Strengthen financial discipline, pricing, and cash-flow management

  • Clarify your growth strategy and execution roadmap

  • Increase accountability through peer and advisor-led checkpoints

  • Position your business for larger contracts, partnerships, or capital access

  • Lead with greater confidence, consistency, and operational control

No hacks. No noisy community. Just a clear, structured path and direct feedback on your business.

Is GBA right for you?

Built for small businesses ready for their next level.

The Growth Business Accelerator is specifically designed for entreprenuers who have traction—but know they’re leaving growth on the table.

You’ll get the most from GBA if:

  • Are past the startup phase and ready for real growth

  • Want structure, systems, and accountability

  • Are done reacting and ready to execute with clarity

  • Are open to feedback, metrics, and disciplined follow-through

  • Are preparing for bigger opportunities—contracts, partnerships, or capital

This is not for you if:

  • Are still exploring ideas or validating a business

  • Want quick fixes or passive learning

  • Prefer self-paced programs with no accountability

  • Aren’t ready to commit time, focus, and effort

  • Are unwilling to review finances, operations, or leadership habits

The outcome:

By the end of GBA, you’ll have a clear, focused offer, a simple marketing rhythm, and a repeatable way to enroll the right clients—without needing a giant audience.

Why 9 Months?

Real businesses don’t grow in spurts—they grow in quarters.

The GBA is intentionally structured across three 90-day phases, mirroring how successful businesses plan, execute, and assess progress throughout the year.

Months 1–3: Stabilize & Align

This phase focuses on strengthening the foundation of your business, so growth is sustainable—not chaotic. Participants work to:

Clarify

Refine your market, positioning, and flagship offer so your value is unmistakably clear—and priced accordingly.

Strengthen

Solidify financial and operational habits to support consistent execution, stability, and informed decision-making.

Identify

Find gaps in systems, leadership, and execution that are limiting growth and address them with intention.

Align

Balance the business model with realistic growth goals to ensure strategy, capacity, and opportunity are in sync.

Months 4–6: Execute & Optimize

With alignment in place, participants move into disciplined execution. This phase emphasizes:

Systems

Implement systems and processes that create consistency, efficiency, and repeatable execution.

Accountability

Improve your decision-making and accountability by using data, structured, and defined ownership.

Optimization

Refine sales, pricing, and operations to increase profitability and operational control.

Efficiency

Address bottlenecks that slow growth by identifying constraints and removing friction across the business.

Months 7–9: Prepare & Position

The final phase focuses on readiness and forward positioning. Participants begin preparing for:

Advisory

Advanced advisory environments that provide strategic guidance, accountability, and higher-level business insight.

Partnerships

Contracting or partnership opportunities by positioning the business to pursue and manage larger, more complex engagements.

Scalability

Increased operational complexity with systems and leadership practices that supports scaleing without chaos.

Continuity

Long-term growth pathways within the CMET ecosystem that connects to continued support, resources, and next-stage opportunities.

Questions, answered

What you need to know before you apply.

Have a question we didn’t answer? You can share it directly on the short application form.

How much time should I budget each week?

Plan for 3–5 hours per week: 60–90 minutes for curriculum and calls, and 2–3 hours for implementation. The goal is not to add work, but to replace low-leverage activities with high-impact improvements.

Is this suitable if I’m just getting started?

If you have zero clients and no validated offer, GBA is likely too early. We’re a better fit if you’ve sold your services before, even if your revenue is inconsistent or your offers feel unclear.

Will this work outside of coaching and consulting?

Many principles apply broadly, but the curriculum and examples are designed specifically for service-based, expertise-driven businesses. If you sell mostly physical products or software, this is not the best fit.

What if I can’t attend a live session?

All sessions are recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You can pre-submit questions in advance, and we’ll answer them on the call so you can watch the replay with full context.

Do you offer refunds?

Because this is a live, capacity-limited program with significant personal support, we do not offer refunds. That’s why the application process is structured to ensure mutual fit before you enroll.

Ready to operate your business with more clarity—and grow with intention?

Apply for the next CMET Growth Business Accelerator cohort and we’ll review your business, your goals, and whether GBA is the right container for your next stage of growth.

No pressure, no heavy sales calls. If we don’t think GBA will move the needle for you, we’ll say so.
